RETURN POLICY

1. Return Window & Eligibility We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at sara@mumsandgarters.com.

  • Change of Mind / Exchanges: If you are returning an item because you’ve changed your mind or would like to exchange it, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Defects / Our Error: If we made a mistake or your item arrived defective, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost.

Important: Please contact us before sending any items back; returns received without a prior request cannot be refunded.

4. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Custom products (Homecoming Mums, Garters, Custom Leis, and personalized orders)
  • Seasonal Items (Items purchased for a specific holiday or event cannot be returned after the event date has passed)
  • Sale items or Gift Cards

6. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, simply make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Delays: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at sara@mumsandgarters.com.
