SHIPPING POLICY
To maintain the efficiency and privacy of our home-based production studio, Mums and Garters does not offer local pickup or in-person consultations. All orders are fulfilled via USPS or UPS to ensure a professional and streamlined experience for all our customers.
1. Processing Time vs. Shipping Time Please note that "Processing Time" is different from "Shipping Time."
- Ready-to-Ship Items (Supplies/Ribbon/Pre-Made Items): Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Custom Orders (Mums, Garters, Leis): Some of these are handmade to order. Production time varies by season but typically takes 1-2 weeks before shipping. During peak Homecoming season, production times may be extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via USPS and UPS.
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available options will be shown at checkout.
- Note: Selecting "Expedited Shipping" speeds up the transit time, but does not speed up the production time for custom items.
3. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages Mums and Garters is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered to the shipping address provided. If your tracking states "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
- We highly recommend double-checking your shipping address before placing your order, especially for time-sensitive event items.
5. Shipping to PO Boxes Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you select a UPS shipping method, please provide a physical street address.
