📦 Care & Unboxing Instructions

Your lei is packaged with care to arrive safely, but satin ribbon may naturally settle or wrinkle during transit. Here is how to make it look picture-perfect for graduation day:

• Hang Immediately: Upon arrival, remove the lei from the packaging and hang it up. Gravity will help most wrinkles fall out naturally over 24 hours.
• To Remove Wrinkles: If needed, you can lightly steam the ribbon.
• Steamer (Recommended): Hold the steamer a few inches away and gently steam the ribbon sections.
• Iron: Use the lowest heat setting (silk/satin). Always place a thin towel or cloth between the iron and the lei. Never iron directly on the ribbon or the braid texture.
• ⚠️ For Leis with Cutouts/Glitter: Please keep water and steam away from the cardstock numbers, letters, and butterflies. Moisture can warp the paper or damage the glitter finish. Only steam the ribbon portions.
